Seamar Posts a Third Quarter 2007 TRIR of .9

HOUSTON (Nov. 1, 2007) - Seamar Divers, Inc., a leading provider of subsea construction and fabrication services to the domestic and international oil and gas industry operating in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and select Latin American markets, posted a TRIR, or total recordable incident rate, of .9 for the third quarter of 2007. Seamar’s year-to-date TRIR is now .7 for the year 2007.

“We are extremely proud of our safety record we have earned during the third quarter and throughout the year,” said Eloy Anaya, President of Seamar. “It’s a clear reflection of the professionalism our offshore personnel demonstrate on a daily basis and the commitment Seamar has made to provide a safe working environment for our people and our customers.” TRIR is a key safety metric used by the commercial diving industry to help identify safe subsea construction service providers.
